Hey Partner, one of the ways to serve and give you better experiences is to create and improve on features that will help your business, and today we are happy to inform you of some new features you would love. These features focus on helping you keep track of your money and transaction activities on PayCentre.  

Commission Tracker

The commission tracker feature aims at helping you track the charges on transactions done at your locations on the app. Since it is advisable to keep book records, this feature will also help you with record keeping and reconciliation. You can record your commission while performing transactions and also view all your commission via history on your app.  

To record your commission during a cash-out or funds transfer transaction, follow the steps below:  

  1. Update your PayCentre application by visiting the Google play store on your mobile phone.  
  1. After updating your app, open it and go to ‘withdrawal’ or ‘funds transfer’ to perform a transaction. 
  1. Click on ‘record your commission’ and enter the amount after imputing other details necessary for the transaction type. 
  1. Select commission type from card or cash options. You only click on the card if you’re debiting your commission amount from the customer’s card.  
  1. Once you have entered all the required fields, click on proceed to complete the transaction, and your commission amount automatically adds to the transaction details. 

To view all your commission charges on transactions, follow the steps below:  

  1. Update your PayCentre application by visiting the Google play store on your mobile phone.  
  1. After updating your app, open it, go to history, and click on view log book to see the total amount and other detail for your selected date. 

Please note that you can only record your commission on cash-out, funds transfer, and data bundle payment transactions. 

Transaction Report  

You can now access transaction summary records for all transaction types with the agent report feature on PayCentre. Please note that you can only view your transaction and end-of-sales report by date. To use this feature, follow the steps below:  

  1. Update your PayCentre application by visiting the Google play store on your mobile phone.  
  1. After updating your app, open it, go to the menu on the left-hand side of your app 
  1. Scroll down and click on the report then it will take you to your daily transaction report 
  1. To see yesterday, last week, last month, or custom (any date within thirty days), click on ‘yesterday’ at the top-right of your screen to select and enter your date.
