New and Improved features on PayCentre for you!

We are excited to inform you of some new and improved features that you would love. These features focus on the safety of your money and also create more exciting ways to earn more with PayCentre. 

Here they are: 

Log in with your Agent ID 

You now have another way to log in as an administrator on your PC application using your Agent ID. You can either log into your PC app with your agent ID or registered phone number. Your agent ID can be found on the top menu of your PayCentre app. 

Transaction PIN Now a 5-Digit PIN 

We have upgraded the PC Transaction PIN to a 5-digit PIN to help you transact safer. Please go and update or change your Transaction PIN to 5 digits now.  

Here’s how to update and change your transaction PIN: 

  • Update your PayCentre application by visiting the Google play store on your mobile phone.  
  • After updating your app, open it and go to “settings” then select ‘Reset Transaction PIN’ 
  • Then enter your BVN 
  • Input your new 5 digits transaction PIN of your choice and confirm by repeating the PIN in the tab created.  
  • Then click on confirm and you are good to go! 

Once you are done, click on proceed, and you are good to go! 

Kindly note that if you do not change your transaction PIN, you will not be able to carry out any transaction that requires money leaving your PayCentre purse.

Solar Payment now on PayCentre 

You can now earn more on PayCentre by selling solar power units to your customers. Yes! Your customers can now subscribe for solar power with you. We have so many solar billers for your customers, such as; Asolar, Cloud Energy, Smarter, Grid, OOLU, Solar Pas, Solar Sosai, A4&T, GLP, AZURI, NAYO, KONEXA, FENIX, D.LIGHT, BEEBEE JUMP, SALPHA 

To use this feature, simply: 

  • Update your PayCentre application by visiting the Google play store on your mobile phone. 
  • Click on “Bills payment” on your dashboard    
  • Under “Bills payment” you will see the “Solar” option. 
  • Click on it, and choose a biller 
  • Then enter the amount and proceed to make payment.   

N.B You must update your PayCentre Application to enjoy these new features.

    After the update I tried to set my pin to five digit using my BVN number before pin but the annoying part is that the response was BVN does not match. Infact I was surprised because it’s the same BVN number I used to register all my Bank accounts including the UBA I used as transfer to agent account. Please kindly find possible solution because I am finding it difficult to transfer fund out to my customers account. I await your swift response.

    It’s a nice update, but the issue of resolving a pending transaction is getting out of hand…
    I’ve reported this pending transfer several times via WhatsApp but no response,

    I wish to commend paycentre but I don’t know when those of us that use big traditional pos will start checking account balance with our own pos?
