Change your plan anytime any day

The PayCentre Insurance feature offers five insurance plans. One of which is a free plan, and four other paid plans.

You can move from the free plan to a paid plan or another plan. And you can also move from a paid plan to a free plan if you have not made a claim before.

Claim with ease

You have already gone through the stress of loss, and requesting payment to redeem the incident shouldn’t be stressful. From the comfort of your PayCentre application, all the steps to making claim are simple and easy.

  6. Good Day. I was going through the terms and conditions of the insurance plan and I came across a segment mandating subscribed agent to have a log book. What happens if I am not interested in owning a log book? Will my claim be declined if I apply in the event of loss due to burglary, fire, etc.

    1. To resolve the issues of being unable to perform Cashout transactions when your PayCentre app is telling you to use the ‘BIG POS’
      KINDLY DO THE FOLLOWING

      2. Click to log in as administrator
      3. Before logging in as admin, you will notice a Change POS type written at the bottom of the page.
Agent should click on it and select MPOS, then proceed.
      4. Then you should go ahead to log in as administrator, Fetch POS account and login with your pin to perform transactions.

    1. If an agent is on the free plan and he/she wants to make a claim, the agent has to move to a paid plan, the agent can only move to the basic/simple plan.
