Hello Partner! We have great news for you and your customers. PayCentre will now be rewarding your customers for transacting with you 😊. 

We will be thanking your customers on your behalf with a small airtime token of 100 Naira and 10 loyalty points after every successful transaction they carry out.

All you have to do is follow these easy steps to reward your customer: 

  • Enter the phone number of your customer in the “thank the customer” section that appears on your app while you are about to carry out a transaction. 
  • Then, select the right service provider for your customer and proceed with completing the transaction.
  • And that’s all.

Please note that this is strictly for customers that carry out transactions cashout transactions of more than 1000 Naira. Also, this feature works only on the PC application.

  12. this idea of compensating the customer is good but I have been so loyal to paycentre but unable to convert my loyalty point to cash, this is not fair. My loyalty point was removed immediately I updated my app when it asked for update yesterday and I am supposed to convert the points to cash. what’s my gain from paycentre🤷🙃😔☹️

    1. Thank you for the feedback. Partner. Kindly note that an agent can only convert and redeem points from 300 points and above. Once your points are below 300, you have to carry out more successful transactions to earn more points. Also, another set of loyalty points starts counting from April 2, 2022.

    1. Dear Partner, Kindly note that you earn 3 points for every successful transaction you carry out on PayCentre, this is called PayCentre Loyalty. For every successful transaction you carry out, Paycentre gives you three points for it. You get to convert all your points to amazing prizes such as cool cash after every 3 month. The more transactions you carry out on PayCentre, the more points you get and the bigger your reward!

      1. Why the loyalty point that has converted to cash is it not credited to agent wallet,this is the second time that my loyalty point is not credited to my wallet, i am not happy ,you guys say 24hrs and this is more than 4days now that i have been waiting.

  23. Pls how can we check account balance?also about the airtime token,none of my customer have received it,can I ask you why?

      To carry out a balance inquiry transaction, follow the steps below:

      1. Login to your PayCentre Application
      2. On your dashboard, swipe right, and select balance inquiry
      3. Select the account type, and insert the customer’s card into POS.

      Give your customer to enter their four-digit card pin on the POS to see the account balance on the screen, and you’re done!
      Please note that the balance inquiry feature is only available on the PayCentre MPOS and Android POS for now, and you will need to update your application on Google Play Store to use the feature
