  4. Nice one , but not as quick as this at times it 2 to 4 days. Plss work on that even at times it a day or 2 before replying messages and couples of day to get disputes resolved. Thank you.

    I don’t think i have ever experienced such quick reversal of failed transaction before, the comic doesn’t add, i only see it that you are mocking the Agent, i think what you should have added was different options where the customer or Agent gets to try, such as contacting bank customer care, worst senerio how to reconcile with Police station incase the matter gets violet, and also what Paycentre are doing to save the Agent and situation from getting worst than it is already… The only thing that can resolve the situation is a REVERSAL but if no reversal what else can solve the situation???

  6. You should also add scenarios where the customer doesn’t get the reversal at all after the said days of waiting. This has happened to two customers from Gtb and we had to call Gtb customer service, they kept saying the money was with the pos and I lodged complaint and no reversal was made. These are some of the things that spoil business for us.

    Yes, I have come across this type of challenge on several times,but the reversal is not as quick as baba Sade’s own, even when you call the customer service line nobody will answer and when you log in to Whatsapp, there will be no response,it can be frustrating and annoying

      1. I wondered paycentre ignored to resolved issues of my customers debited since two weeks now. And the customer keep frustrating me.

I have a very big challenge and am so afraid using paycenter p.o s to do any transactions I did a 7,000 naria withdrawal from a customer he was debited and it was approved but wen I checked my pause wallet I could not find the money on my wallet this happened on the 1st of june I have gone to garki AREA 11 the abuja office they said they will refund back my money it’s almost going to 3weeks now I haven’t heard from them this is frustrating 😡😠

      1. The problem is that I can’t find the transaction on my portal history but I have check and did not see the transaction but the transaction showed approved and I have gone with the customer to his bank to collect his statement of acct and I can see my p.o.s machine i
        I.D debited him of 7,000
